Why are the Jaguares of Chiapas so terrible?
This team looks like a winning team. They don't appear to be lacking in any particular position. They are a bright and shiny (ignoring, of course, the stink of losing) new club with a decent stadium. Home for the Jags is Tuxtla Gutierrez, which is apparently a pretty nice city with low crime. Yet, they've been consistently awful to mediocre since their inception. I can't speak to their history, but what I'm looking at now confuses me.
